These terms are general guidance for renting with U Drive Cars. Specific terms for your rental will be confirmed directly by our team before booking.
1. Rental Eligibility
Renters must hold a valid driving license. Exact eligibility criteria, including any minimum age requirement, will be confirmed by our team at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once U Drive Cars verifies availability and communicates confirmation directly to the customer.
3. Pricing & Included Kilometres
Daily rental prices and included kilometre allowances are shown on each vehicle listing where available. Where pricing is not yet published, it will be shared on request before booking.
4. Extra Kilometres & Extra Hours
Usage beyond the included kilometre allowance, or beyond the agreed rental period, is charged at the extra-kilometre or extra-hour rate specified for that vehicle at the time of booking.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle and rental duration. The exact amount and refund conditions will be communicated before the rental begins.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are generally rented on a same-to-same fuel policy — return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was provided with, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Outstation Travel
Outstation self-drive may be permitted for select vehicles. Confirm route and distance restrictions with our team before travelling outside Mysore.
8. Late Returns
Please inform us in advance of any expected delay. Additional charges may apply for late returns as communicated at the time of booking.
9. Vehicle Condition & Damage
Vehicles are inspected before and after each rental. Any damage caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter, as assessed by U Drive Cars.
10. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
